Mugen Project Studio (henceforth referred to as "the Company") has implemented the following privacy policy (henceforth referred to as "this privacy policy") concerning the handling of personal information (data about living individuals that either (1) contains a personal identification code (henceforth referred to as “personal information”) or (2) identifies a specific individual by name, date of birth, or other description stored in the data (including data that can be easily cross-referenced with other data to identify a specific individual). Disclosure to third parties of personal information
